Floating

Found this through project comment. 
I really like this! It feels very ethereal and dreamlike and the colours are eye catching and pretty. The clouds are so fluffy too! The island in the back is one of the best parts of this piece, and I think you did an amazing job on it. But... 
The person in the foreground is alright. They don't really fit in though. I mean I don't get why the body is blurred while the head mostly isn't. Also the perspective seems a little strange, is it a slanted bridge (idk what they're standing on sorry) or something? 
It seems very blocky in comparison to the detail of the island. That's not to say putting them in was a necessarily bad idea, you just could have done a little better. For example I recommend NOT blurring them or the railing. Also that railing seems very short. And you could place them up more to create a nice contrast from the very bright island to the silhouetted character next to it. 
Also the sky behind the clouds could use some work, mainly the streaks going through it. 
But besides all that, I really like this! You put a lot of effort in, and it shows.
