First off, this piece is beautiful! I love all the blue in it, and the water is pretty well painted! The sky in particular is amazing, it's very clear how much effort went into painting those clouds, they look very natural and the details do a nice work adding to the painting, the color palette also works very well together, especially those subtle touches of pink that blend in perfectly with the rest without taking away from the other colors! The rest of the sky also looks very natural, another detail I really love are the stars barely visible, it's really pretty to look at, I could stare at such a beautiful sky for hours without getting tired. Love 

In my opinion the fish looking blurry adds an almost dream-like atmosphere to the painting, some of them even look like they're glowing underwater which overall is a very nice and pleasant thing to see; the whale in the background definitely helps with this effect, maybe the shadows could use a bit of work near the tail, but it's not a big deal.

The water looks very well done, especially considering how hard it is to draw, and the light that reflects on the boat looks very natural, what I would suggest to improve it is a more defined separation between the sea and the sky, but given the perspective (another detail very nicely achieved) it does work pretty well as it is. The darker parts on the right disrupt a bit the flow of the water and I think their color could be a bit more saturated, but other than that I don't see anything wrong with the water itself, nice job! The only two other details that I would point out as a bit odd looking are the shape of the boat and the kid on it, but the first can easily be solved with references and the second just needs to be a bit more defined in shape, overall they are still very well done and don't really affect negatively the piece.

I don't have anything else to add to this, it's an amazing painting already and I really hope to see more beautiful pieces like this in the future! :) (Smile)
